Emotional CPR (eCPR) Training is a 2-Day training program designed to teach individuals how to provide support and assistance to others who may be experiencing emotional distress or crisis. The training focuses on three core principles: Connection, Empowerment, and Revitalization. Emotional CPR (eCPR) Training equips participants with practical skills, knowledge, and attitudes to effectively support others in times of emotional distress or crisis, promoting healing, resilience, and well-being.
Recovery Planning Training is a 2-Day training program designed to assist individuals in their recovery journey, utilizing the Recovery Capital Assessment Interview Tool (RCAIT) for a thorough assessment of their current situation, identifying strengths, available resources, and gaps in areas of support. It guides individuals in setting practical and attainable goals that align with their recovery objectives. Through a detailed action plan tailored for success, the training incorporates strategies for identifying strengths, accessing support services, and overcoming challenges. Emphasizing the uniqueness of each individual's strengths and resources, Recovery Planning underscores the significance of harnessing these assets to bolster resilience, foster positive transformations, and sustain lasting recovery efforts.
Peer Supervisory Training is a 2-Day specialized training program aimed to equip supervisors of peers with the essential skills, knowledge, and tools required to effectively support their peers in delivering top-quality peer support services. The training covers key areas such as Ethical and Professional Standards, Supervisory Skills specific to peers, the Peer Support Model, Role Clarity and Boundaries, Professional Development, and Quality Assurance and Monitoring/Supervision. Its goal is to provide supervisors with the competencies necessary to effectively mentor and empower their peers, fostering a culture of support, professionalism, and continuous learning that contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the peer workforce.
System of Care Wraparound Training is a 3-Day training program that equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively implement wraparound services within a system of care framework, ensuring that children, youth, and families receive coordinated, strengths-based, and individualized support that promotes positive outcomes and well-being.
Wraparound Specialist Coaching-Certification aims to equip professionals with the advanced knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to deliver high-fidelity wraparound services within a system of care context. Certification as a Systems of Care Wraparound Specialist demonstrates expertise and commitment to providing individualized, family-centered, and culturally responsive care that promotes positive outcomes for children, youth, and families involved in multiple systems. The focus is on facilitation skills needed to lead Child-Family Team Meeting (CFTM)

The CRPS Certification Preparation program is designed to aid individuals in their pursuit of the state Certified Recovery Peer Specialist certification. Our personalized assistance ensures that applicants receive comprehensive support throughout the entire certification process. This includes guidance on navigating the application process, completing all required paperwork, assistance with verification forms and exam preparation. We are committed to helping individuals achieve their certification goals.

The Motivational Interviewing Skill Building workshop is a two-hour session that provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and practice opportunities to become more adept and confident in using MI techniques to facilitate behavior change, enhance motivation, and empower individuals to achieve their goals.
The Recovery Planning workshop is a two-hour session that aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to create personalized and comprehensive recovery plans. During the workshop, participants will be guided through each step of the recovery planning process using the Recovery Capital Assessment Interview Tool (RCAIT) and Recovery Planning Worksheet for forward-looking planning. Through interactive activities, participants will gain hands-on experience in identifying their recovery capital, recognizing gaps in recovery capital, setting achievable goals, and crafting actionable plans.
The "Building Strong Connections" workshop is a two-hour session that aims to equip participants with practical skills, knowledge, and strategies to effectively engage with individuals, build meaningful rapport, and create supportive relationships in the field of peer services.
The "Crisis Stabilization and Mental Health Recovery" workshop is a two-hour session that aims to equip participants with practical skills, knowledge, and strategies to effectively respond to mental health crises, support individuals in crisis, and promote recovery-oriented approaches in crisis intervention and stabilization efforts.
The Advocacy, Mentoring, & Role Modeling workshop is a two-hour session that aims to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to advocate for positive change, mentor others effectively, and serve as inspirational role models that walk the talk in their communities and organizations.
The "Cultivating Cultural Competency" workshop is a two-hour session that aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to engage effectively in cross-cultural interactions, promote Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), and cultivate culturally competent practices in their professional endeavors.
The Trauma-Informed Care workshop is a two-hour session for Peer Specialists that aims to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and awareness to provide trauma-informed peer support that promotes safety, healing, and recovery for individuals with trauma histories.
The "Managing Work-related Stress and Conflict Management" workshop is a two-hour session that aims to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to effectively manage stress, navigate conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
The Strength-based Peer Support workshop is a two-hour transformative session that aims to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to provide strength-based peer support services. This workshop is tailored for peer support specialists, mental health advocates, community leaders, and anyone interested in adopting a strengths-focused approach to supporting others.
